Yummy Gluten Free Banana Nut Muffins

coconut sugar sweetened yummy muffins for breaky or just snacking
FULL RECIPE:
try to get Organic Ingredients
3 very ripe bananas
2 “Flax Eggs” or regular eggs (I did one of each)
1/2 cup of Avocado Oil
1tsp Vanilla Extract
2tsp Baking Powder
1/4tsp Baking Soda
1tsp Cinnamon
1 3/4 cup Gluten free flour
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1•Preheat Oven to 375ºF
2•Line Muffin Pan with unbleached baking cups
3•Get yourself 2 separate bowls & measuring cups and spoons
4•Peel and mash bananas
5• add avocado oil
6• add flax & regular egg

In separate Bowl
1• sift flour
2• add baking soda, baking powder, salt
3• mix well

*add dry ingredients to wet
*then fold in chocolate chips and nuts

Baking Temp is 375ºF for 22-25 minutes
