Today’s video is a vegan what I eat in a day 🌱 This is not what you should do, but rather as inspiration ❤️

Also I will be uploading every other week from now on because my last year of highschool started and I also want to look after my mental health 🙂 I wanna keep doing these videos for fun and to inspire and I don’t want to put pressure on myself, I hope you understand !

Apple pie 🍎

* dough
* almonds
* 2 apples
* 250g silken tofu
* a splash of water
* 2 tablespoons sugar
* pinch of salt
* 2 teaspoons cinnamon
* 2 teaspoons maca powder

First roll out the dough and add enough almonds until the dough is covered in almonds. Peel and cut 2 apples in slices and put them on the dough. Add the pie to the oven at 180 degrees Celcius (350 Farenheit) for 10 minutes. Then make the sauce by adding all the other ingredients together. Add the sauce to the pie and add it to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.

„Quesadilla“ 🌮

* flaxegg (2 tsp flax meal + 4 tsp water)
* about 1/2 cup (50g) chickpea flour
* pinch of salt
* water
* 1/4 cup buckwheat flour (30g) buckwheat flour
* kidney beans
* tomatoes
* bell pepper
* vegan cheese

Add the flaxseeds and the water, mix and let it rest for 10 minutes. Add the fliurs, salt & water & flaxegg to a bowl (add as much water until you get the desired consistency)
Bake it out in a pan with some olive oil & then add the toppings you like 🦋

Pasta 🍝

* onion
* 2 garlic gloves
* olive oil
* pinch of salt, pepper, curry powder
* tomato sauce
* (I also added some veggies)

Cut the onion and garlic into small pieces and fry them in some olive oil. Fry for 2 minites and add the spices and fry for another 5 minutes. Add the veggies and tomato sauce and let it cook for at least 10 minutes. (Oh and cook your fav pasta in the meantime💜)
