Foxtail Millet – 400 grams
Moong dhal – 200 grams
Water – 1.6 liter
Green chilies – 2 finely chopped
Ginger – 25 grams finely chopped
Ghee – 3 Tablespoon
pepper – 1 spoon
cumin seeds – 1 spoon
Curry leaves – 10
Cashew nut – 50 grams
Salt – as required
