hello! isn’t spring just peachy-keen? in this video, i use newly in-season peaches to make a truly amazing peach galette. a galette is a free-form tart, so you don’t need to buy/bust out any tart tins for this one; just revel in its rustic beauty and drool at its sweet yet tart flavor! as always, my recipe is vegan, making it dairy-free and egg-free, as well as nut-free (if you don’t use miyoko’s butter like i do) and soy-free (if you do).
