Vegan cinnamon sugar pumpkin donuts (nut free)

Recipe
1.25 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp melted vegan butter
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
3/4 cup soy milk

Bake in a donut pan for 15 min at 350 degrees

Topping
2 Tbsp melted vegan butter
1/3 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon
