Is there anything better than coming home to a slow cooker filled with hot veggies
simmering in beef flavored gravy? I like to use kolrabi instead of potatoes because
because they have more flavor, less carbs and more vitamins. Adding shredded
green Jackfruit sauteed in beefy flavored broth adds the texture of tender slow
cooked beef. There is plenty of protein in the gravy that is actually made from beans
and rice pureed to make a thick savory sauce.
