Today I have shared my styled Steamed vegetable korma with creamy sauce recipe. This delectable vegetable korma is flavourful and loaded with mixed veggies to treat yourself. Make sure to try this aromatic veggie korma with some rice or naan bread. Enjoy!

To cook our steamed vegetable korma we will need
Ingredients to make the base/sauce:
o Onions – 02
o Tomato-01
o Cashew nut- 80 gram
o Water- 400ml

Ingredients to make the Masala for the base/ sauce:
o Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
o Coriander powder- 1 ½
o Cumin powder- 2 tsp
o Curry powder- 2 tsp available in any super shop or Indian groceries
o Garam Masala- ½ tsp available in any super shop or Indian groceries
o Sugar- 1 tsp
o Bayleaf- 1 0r 2
o Whole cardamom- 03
o Whole cinnamon- 02
o Ginger & Garlic Paste- 1 tsp
o Thickened Cream- 1 tbsp
o Coconut milk- 1 ½ tbsp
o Dried Fenugreek leaves ( Kasoori Methi)- 1 tsp available in any super shop or Indian groceries
o Butter – 10 gram
o Vegetable oil- 3 tsp
o Salt to taste

Mix veggies ( you can add your favorite veggies)
o Broccoli – ½
o Carrot- 03
o Asparagus- 04
o Green beans- 3 to 4
