As the Skinny Chef, it’s been my mission for the last 10 years to show America that healthy cooking & eating can be fresh, fun and flavorful — and empower people to take on a bigger role in their own health while enjoying life more.

These sauces are all-natural, gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, nut-free.
The sauces have no HFCS, no MSG, no artificial preservatives, no artificial colorings and none of the top 10 allergens.
At around 35 calories/serving (about half of any other sauce on the market), sauces are ideal for those following a low-carb diet or are pre-diabetic. With around 40 mg sodium (per 2 tablespoons), the sauces are also appropriate for people that need to control their sodium intake.

When we developed the sauces, we started with three requirements:
• Must taste great.
• Must be healthy with low calories/fat.
• Must use superfoods for extra nutrition boost.
What we came up with after countless taste tests (ok, hundreds…) is a set of versatile sauces that are amazingly flavorful, yet have only around 30 calories/serving — which is about half the calorie load of most sauces. So, perfect for those on a low-carb diet or pre-diabetics.
As a professional chef, these sauces really met my high standards… and curiously enough, they each change their flavor profile depending on what protein you’ll use them with…. So, you’ll get a certain flavor with fish or shrimp, yet another with chicken, and a third with pork or beef. How’s that for variety?
Wonder just how spicy these sauces are?
The Blazin’ Blueberry is pretty darn spicy with its habanero peppers, but it nicely balances with the sweetness of the blueberries. On the other end of the spiciness spectrum is the Goji Espresso with its predominant coffee flavor notes — while Cherry Chipotle and Pomegranate Cayenne fall in the middle range. After dozens of taste demos, we’ve never seen anyone not finding “their” sauce in the mix.

An antioxidant match made in heaven, tangy goji berries and rich espresso come together in this unique, sophisticated yet bold sauce. Ideal on superfoods, it’s also versatile on roasted vegetables, pork, beef, chicken and fish.
Cherry Chipotle Superfood Sauce
Smoky, spicy and sweet – anti-inflammatory cherries kiss chipotle to sweep you off your feet with richness that says “barbeque” time! Not just for burgers, pulled pork, beef or chicken, any vegetable lover will also revel in its richness.
Tart pomegranate frolics with spicy cayenne, sure to perk up your meals and taste buds. Turn dinner into a fiesta by drizzling this sauce on superfoods like salmon or salads – pork, chicken, and beef will also want to join the party
Sweet antioxidant-rich blueberries paired with blistering hot habaneros will make your meals feverishly good. Perfect on superfoods like spinach, broccoli or kale, it will also add kick to pork, beef, chicken, fish and tofu.
