INGREDIENTS:
Yield: 12 cookies

2.5 cups (591.46 mL) oat flour
1/4 cup (71 mL) coconut oil

1/4 cup (71 mL) honey

1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
1/3 cup (85.24 mL) rose hip paste (de-seeded)
plus 2 tablespoons (35.5 mL) water
1 tsp (5 mL) baking soda
1 tsp (5 mL) baking powder

1/3 tsp (1.6 mL) fine grain salt
1/3-1/2 cup (85.24 – 118.3 mL) chopped rose hips (de-seeded)
