After much experimentation, I’ve cracked it! Roti’s made with whole-grain red rice and no oil! I’ve grown up eating rotis(which are traditionally made with wheat flour) and knowing that I can have them again, the soft texture, rising, fluffy, gluten-free, and oil-free is a big deal in my world.

I hope you enjoy them, they’re definitely worth the effort.
