ingredients of the recipe

– 3 scoops of protein powder ( any one you like )
– 1 bar of dark chocolate
– 2 cups of mix oats with seeds and raisins
– 1 cup of chia seeds
– 1 cup of dried coconut
– salt to taste
– 1 shot of expresso
– 10 dates chunks
– 1 cup of peanut butter
– 1 cup of coconut oil
– half cup of honey

direction of the video
– mix all the wet ingredients in a cookery pan peanut butter , honey , coconut oil and expresso cook on low heat till everything get togather.
– in seperate mixing bowl add 2 cups of oats , chia seeds , coconut , salt and date chunks
– then mix the wet mixture in it an give it a nice stir , as everything get combine then add chocolate and save some for later use.
– transfer it to a big tray with parchment paper down to it
and set well with saptula.
– keep it in the fridge till get set
– then spreed some topping on it as you like
– and cut it into bar shapes and save in a glass contianer for a long use.
