This super easy to make protein cookie dough is made from just 5 simple ingredients and tastes just like cookie dough. Perfect for a healthy snack!

Ingredients
– 2 cups oat flour (blend oats)
– 1/2 cup vegan vanilla protein powder
– 1/2 cup nut butter, I suggest almond, cashew or tahini
– 2 Tbsp maple syrup (I also like adding a few drops of vanilla monk fruit)
– 1/2 cup nondairy milk (you may need to add a little extra depending on how runny your nut butter is)
*optional: 1/4 cup dark vegan chocolate chips

Mix well and enjoy by the spoonful!
