Plant-Based Nacho Cheese Sauce | Oil Free and Nut Free

I am excited to share my plant-based nacho cheese sauce with you. It is oil free and nut free. It is so good that you will want to eat it on everything or just eat the entire bowl.

Ingredients:
-One 15 oz can lentils, drained (or 15 oz. of lentils that you have prepared yourself)
-One 10 oz can no salt added Rotel tomatoes
-1/2 cup nutritional yeast
-2 precooked medium gold potatoes
-Optional: spicy seasoning blend of choice. I use Jalapeño Chili Powder.

Directions:
-Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until well combined.
-If you are using a high speed blender, blend for 3 minutes until heated. If you do not have a high speed blender, you can heat the sauce in the microwave or in a saucepan.
-Sauce is ready to serve once blended.
