Onion Bhajis – Crispy, Gluten free and Vegan!
This week we are going to be making the perfect crispy onion bhaji recipe that happens to be a vegan onion bhaji, no longer do you have to put up with soggy, soft onion bhajis.
As we are using cornflour and chickpea flour these are completely gluten free onion bhajis too.
Sometimes called onion pakoras, onion pakoda or kanda bhaji, these are amazingly crispy, spiced strands of onion which are coated in a light batter, rolled into a ball and deep fried. Perfect with sauces and chutneys such as mango chutney, lime pickle, raita or just your favourite hot sauce!
