NUTS SNACK – gluten and sugar free
Perfect to take in your lunchbox, to school, work, training or as a snack with friends!

Ingredients:
– 2 cups of nuts (300g)- almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, macadamias, etc.
– 2 tbsp of rice syrup (or other sweetener like date syrup, maple syrup, agave syrup, etc)
– 2 teaspoons of shoyo or tamari
– 1. tea spoon of olive oil
– 2 tbsp of sesame seeds

1. Preheat the oven to 160ºC
2. Spread the dried fruits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes until lightly toasted. Remove from the oven but keep it on.
3. In a bowl mix the rice jelly with shoyu and olive oil. Add the nuts and sesame seeds and mix well.
4. Spread the dried fruit on the tray again and bake for about 7 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
5. Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely. Store in an airtight container for about two weeks.
