Nuts & Seeds Energy Balls #vegan #energyballs

Seeds & Nuts Energy Balls (loaded with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and healthy fats)

2 cups of mix nuts
2 cups of sesame seeds
1 cup of pitted dates
1 cup of coconut milk powder OR shredded coconut
1 cup of dairy-free milk
1/2 cup of flaxseeds
1/2 cup of Chia seeds


GRIND the seeds and the nuts separately and place in a bow

BLEND the dates with dairy-free milk

MIX all ingredients together

SHAPE as little balls

ROLL over shredded coconut

***This recipe makes approx 80 balls (size of 25c coin)***

CONSUME 2 balls/day

They last 2 weeks in the fridge OR up to 3 months in the freezer in a sealed container
