Today we’re going to try 2 different highly nutritious and healthy energy balls. The first one is with dates & Oats & the second one is the Indian style energy balls using green gram.
Dates as we all know contain several vitamins and minerals, in addition to fiber and antioxidants & they are a healthy substitute for sugar in recipes due to their sweet taste. Oats are also very high in vitamins & minerals.
Green gram on the other hand is extremely rich in vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber & antioxidants.
These delicious and nutritious energy bites are the type of wholesome treat you can feel good about giving to your family. One bite, and that’s it..so irresistible. These healthy snacks are also perfect for a post-workout energy boost. No-bake, quick & easy but tastes so delicious!
So please try out these two power packed energy balls, they taste great & will give you a boost when you are feeling low on energy and are a perfect healthy snack for your family.

Ingredients:
Dates & Oats Energy Balls ( 17 -18 balls ):
Dates ( pitted ) 340 g ( around 2 cups chopped )
Oats 1 cup
Almond slices ( can substitute with cashews ) 2- 3 tbsp
Almond meal /powder ( can substitute with cashews ) 1 – 1.5 tbsp
Dessicated coconut as required ( optional )

Green gram Energy Balls ( 20 balls ):
Whole Green gram 1 cup
Jaggery powder 1 cup ( can use brown sugar same quantity )
Almond slices ( optional ) 2 – 3 tbsp
Ghee / clarified butter ( melted ) 1/2 cup ( around 100g )
Cardamom powder a good pinch
Salt a pinch

Notes:
If you are allergic to nuts ,you can totatlly omit the nuts.
