Nut free Sesame seeds bread

SESAME SEEDS NUT FREE bread 🍞
The cheapest and nutrient dense bread ever…

+ Important:
Weigh sesame seeds and flex seed after grinding.

Dry ingredients:
Sesame seeds 50 grams
Flex seeds 50 grams
Husk 16 grams
Salt pinch
Baking powder 2 tsp.

*How to powder sesame seeds:*

Blitz small batch of seeds for only 8 secs.. Blitz the processor with each second count till 8 and stop. Don’t make it into a paste but just like a rough powder. 👍🏻

WET INGREDIENTS:
4 eggs (Whites & yolk separate)
Olive oil 2 tblsp
Warm water 1/4 cup

Beat egg Whites into soft peaks.

Yolks into creamy texture

Mix them together
Add the dry ingredients
Oil
Beat
Add lastly warm water and miz everything well.

Pour in Loaf tin.
Sprinkle herbs and seeds.

Bake in Pre heated oven for 40 minutes @ 180° degrees Faranhite.
