NO SUGAR Baked Chocolate Oats (Vegan-Friendly)
Today I’m excited to show you how to make these delicious sugarless baked oats with a nutty heart in 2 minutes.
Instead of sugar, I used Erythritol which is a zero calories sweetener with a very similar taste to sugar. It’s perfect for everyone who is trying to limit their sugar intake.
2 tbsp oat flour (or all-purpose flour) – 20 g
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder – 20 g
2 tbsp Erythritol (or other granulated sweeteners or simply sugar) – 30 g
3 tbsp almond milk – 45 g
1/2 tbsp sunflower oil (or other vegetable oil) – 7 g
1/4 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
+ 2 tbsp almond butter (or other nut butter)
Bake it at 350F for 25 minutes in the oven or about 1 minute in the microwave.
