No Bake Cinnamon Apple Cookies! Gluten Free and Vegan no bake cookies for fall! #shorts

— 1 cup BARE Cinnamon Apple Chips
— 1 cup quick cooking oats
— 1/2 cup nut butter of choice
— 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
— 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
— 1 tsp vanilla
— white chocolate, for drizzling
— Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until evenly combined.
— Roll into desired size and flatten slightly.
— Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
— Place in the fridge for ~20 minutes.
— While cookies are in the fridge, melt your white chocolate.
— Drizzle on cookies, allow to harden, and enjoy!
