GLUTEN FREE BREAD RECIPES:
FREEZER MEAL IDEAS:
Pumpkin Bread Recipe:
-1 cup gf flour *I used 1-1 GF from Trader Joe’s
-1/4 cup sugar
-1 can pumpkin puree
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 tbl cinnamon
-1/2 cup chocolate chips *I used GF/Vegan from Trader Joe’s
*Mix ingredients and bake in a bread pan that either is lined with parchment paper or sprayed with non stick spray at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until baked fully in center
