Vrat Wala Aloo Ka Paratha 00:00
Ingredients for vrat ka paratha
3 big size boiled potatoes/ aloo ( boil for 3 whistles at high to medium flame )
*cool potatoes first then grate using thick hole grater
* to make Falhari Aata/ Flour Mix at home
mix equal portions of
1 cup Kuttu/ buckwheat flour
1 cup Rajgira/ Amaranthus flour
1 cup Singara/ chestnut flour
* this Falhari mix can be used to make pakoda, kofta, paratha, dahi bade, kadi pakoda, kachori, namkeen and many items ) also this flour mix taste far better than using any other falhari atta alone.
1 tsp Falhari salt/ sendha namak
hand full of coriander leaves
1 tsp red chilli powder (vrat substitute: black pepper or green chillies )
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp green chilli crushed
1 tsp dry mint powder
1/4th cup hot milk
2 tbsp – 3 tbsp hot water
* don’t leave dough after preparing dough immediately roll paratha else dough will turn loose.
* use ghee for frying paratha better taste than oil.

Raw Banana Kofta 5:42
Ingredients for kache kele ke kofte
6 Raw Bananas
* Boil in Cooker take only 1 whistle at high Flame else they will turn too soft and sticky )
* Cool boiled banana first then grate using grater else they will turn sticky.
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp crushed green chillies
a hand full of coriander leaves
2 tsp kaju
2 tsp kishmish
pinch of black pepper
3 tbsps fresh Anar/ Pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sendha namak/ rock salt
2 tsp peanuts/ moongphali
For Kofta Batter
1 cup falhari atta mix ( or take any falhari atta alone: kuttu, rajgira, singara )
1 tsp rock salt
1 tsp crushed green chillies
handful of coriander leaves chopped
1 cup water
1/4th tsp baking soda ( if you consume in vrat)
*fry on high flame so that they puff well but later cook them on low to medium so that they turn crunchy from outside.

Lauki Ki Barfi 13:44
Ingredients for Bottlegourd barfi
450gms Bottle-gourd / Lauki
2 – 3 tbsp ghee ( also if u don’t want to add ghee or want to add less ghee it can be cooked with no ghee or less ghee also )
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Elaichi powder
1/8th tsp green food colour
1/2 cup Milk Powder/ Khoya/ Mawa Barfi

Banana Shake 18:21
2 Banana
3 walnuts
3/4th cup Cow Milk ( Substitute: Curd or any soy milk, coconut milk, almond milk, cashew nut milk)
1/2 cup double cream ( substitute: vanilla ice cream, coconut cream )
1/2 tsp Cinnamon stick powder
2 tbsps Honey ( Substitute: Sugar, Jaggery, Stevia, sugar-free, Dates Syrup)
