COFFEE CARAMEL CAKE WITH BUTTER CREAM ICING
eggs…..4
Sugar….2/3cup
Cooking oil….1 cup
Gluten free plain flour…..1,1/2 cup
Baking powder….1/2tbs
Soda bicarbonate….1/2tesp
Coffee powder or granulate…1 tbs
Water or milk….2 tbs ( luke warm water or milk)
Pecans nut….1/3 cup ( optional)
bake at 180°c pre heated oven for 30 to 25 minutes.
..NOTE..
I baked in 7 inch sandwich Cake tray it’s took 20 minutes but if you bake in different size of cake tin Baking time might b longer..
FOR BUTTER CREAM ICING
Butter….300 grm (at room temperature)
I used salted butter but you can use unsalted as well
Icing sugar….300 grm
Coffee…1 tbs( devolved in 1 tbs water or milk)
Milk 1 tbs
Caramel sauce….2 to 3 tbs or as required
Pecans for Cake filling….as required
Sharreded dark chocolate….as required
I used 100 grm
DEGI MUTTON QORMA
ingredients for Marination
Garlic….7 to 8 cloves
Ginger….3 inch long
Yogurt….3 /4 cup
Salt….to taste
Red chilli powder…..1 1/2 tbs
Turmeric powder….1 tesp
Coriander powder….1 tbs
Cumin powder….1 tbs
Sha zeera….1/2 tbs
Cooking oil….4 to 5 tbs
Lamb leg meat….1 kg
FOR GRAVY
Cooking oil….2/3cup or as required
onion….1 to 2 medium to large
Tomatoes…3 to 4
Black cardamom….1
Green cardamom…3 to4
Cinnamon stick….1 inch long
Whole Black pepper…1/2  tbs
Long….10 to 12
Shah zeera…1/2 tbs
Kasuri methi….2 tbs
Gharm masala….1 tesp

( I cooked Boneless chicken thigh meat but you can use chicken fillet or even whole chicken)

….INSTANT FRUIT TRIFLE….
banana jelly….1 packet
NOTE..
I used small parfait glass but you can use any glasses for individual serving or in a bowl..
Blueberry….as required I used one packet
Raspberry….as required I used one packet
Store bought finger sponge….1 packet
Store bought ready to serve Custard….1 packet of 500 ml
Whipping cream….as required I whipped at home but you can use Store bought
KABLI KOFTA KABAB PULAO
lamb mince….300 grm
Onion…1 small
Fresh green chilli…2
Fresh green coriander….1 hand full
Whole black pepper….1 tbs
Cloves….15 to 20
Shah zeera…1 tbs
Cinnamon stick…2 inch long

NOTE..
grind all the above Spices into a powder form use half in the mince when make kabab and the other half put in pulao.
Also put some salt when grind the mine for kabab.
