I’m truly excited for you to try these delicious paleo maple bacon white chocolate truffles. And the best part is it’s an incredibly easy recipe to make! Plus it’s grain free, gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, nut free, egg free, soy free, organic, and (of course) paleo!!


One 15 oz can of organic coconut butter

1 package of organic sugar free bacon

1/4 cup of organic maple syrup **Double the maple syrup if you want these to taste super sweet! Especially since “real” chocolate’s first ingredient is sugar! lol


1. First double boil the coconut butter on the stovetop until it’s fully melted. If you microwave the butter you run the risk of burning it.

2. Fry up the bacon and cut it up into little pieces; once cooled.

3. Add all three ingredients together and use the mixture to fill your molds.

4. Enjoy!!


1 piece of the heart-shaped truffles is 71 calories, 3 g carbs, 1 g of protein, and 6 g of fat. **I filled 24 hearts and then put the rest in mini muffin tins. So the muffins are bigger and the calories vary on those but it took approximately half the filling to fill 24 hearts. So if you’re interested in just making the hearts you can cut the recipe in half.
