– 6 large eggs,
– 1 cup peanut butter (256 g),
– 3 tbsp Stevia leaf sweet granules (optional),
– 10 g of baking powder,
– pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients for 2-3 minutes and preheat the oven at 180* C (355*F). Transfer to oven and bake for 30 mins.
This is one of our favourite recipes for bread, whenever we stopped eating carbs, this craving for bread was huge, but luckily we discovered this peanut butter bread. It’s very easy to make, only 5 minutes it took to prepare it.
