Ingredients: (Makes 12-16 depending on size)
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
2 cups sugar free chocolate chips (I use the Kroger brand.)
1/2 cup Wowbutter
1/2 cup sugar substitute (I use Monkfruit.)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I use the special dark.)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup Wowbutter
1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips (I use the Kroger brand.)
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees , line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and, spray it with cooking spray.
2. Melt the butter, Wowbutter, and sugar free chocolate chips in a microwavable safe bowl for around 1 minute to 1 minute 45 seconds. Be sure not to burn it!
3. Stir the mixture until smooth and add the sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt and mix with an electric mixer until incorporated and cool enough to add the eggs. (I had to move mine to a larger bowl for this.)
4. Add the eggs and mix again until incorporated.
5. Pour the brownie mix into the prepared pan and smooth out with a spatula.
6. Bake 30-40 minutes or until set in the middle. A toothpick should come out clean. (Mine was still a little jiggly and that is ok. It will set up.)
7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan.
8. When the brownies are cool, make the drizzle by adding the 1/4 cup Wowbutter and the 1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips to a microwavable safe bowl and heating 30 seconds or so.
9. Stir until smooth and drizzle over the top of the cooled brownies.
10. Refrigerate them for at least 10 minutes for the drizzle to set up.
11. Remove from the refrigerator and the pan and cut into 16 bars. Enjoy!!!
These brownies are so good and around 5 carbs each!!! You could lessen the carbs if you leave off the drizzle, but I wouldn’t! You could even the cut the bars into more pieces because they are pretty thick! Thanks for watching the video! I appreciate you all!
Hey everyone not free mama here today I'm going to show you how to make keto Flourless fudgy wow butter brownies Okay let's start off with our Ingredients first you're going to need Half a cup of butter and you don't have To worry about that being at room Temperature because we are going to melt That in the microwave then you want two Cups of some kind of chocolate chips I'm Using the Kroger sugar-free Then you need a half a cup of a wild Butter or any other kind of um Peanut butter substitute that you like Four eggs and a half a cup of some kind Of sugar I'm using the monk fruit um Sweetener then a half a cup of Unsweetened cocoa powder one tablespoon Of vanilla extract and half a teaspoon Of salt that is for the brownies and Then if you want to Jazz it up with the Drizzle you're going to need another Fourth cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips I'm using the sugar-free Um Kroger brand again and then a fourth Cup of wow butter or whatever kind of Um peanut butter substitute that you Like But wow butter is the best in my opinion So let's go ahead and preheat our oven To 350 and then we are going to line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper and Grease it with non-stick spray All right next in a microwavable safe
Bowl you want to melt your butter Two cups of chocolate chips and half a Cup of wild butter just um for about two Minutes and then take it out stir it and Then heat it in 30 second increments Until it's nice and smooth but be sure Not to burn it All right that only took me a minute 45 So you might want to check yours after a Minute just to be sure you just don't Want to burn it but mine is nice and Smooth so if you don't have a big enough Bowl you can switch bowls but next I am Going to add my sugar my vanilla extract And my Um unsweetened cocoa powder to this and Stir it oh and my salt and then I'm Going to add my eggs I just want to be Sure it cools down a bit before I add The eggs All right that looks good and it's Cooled down quite a bit so I'm going to Go ahead and add my eggs and just mix That to combine all right my brownie Mixture is all ready to go I did Transfer mine into a larger bowl and Used my electric mixer to incorporate The eggs it just wasn't cutting it with The spoon so now we are going to pour This into our prepared pan and bake it For 30 to 40 minutes at 350 or until a Toothpick comes out clean inserted into The middle All right my brownies are ready to go
Into the oven I just made them as smooth As I could with my spatula all right my Brownies just came out of the oven and Mine are still a little Jiggly but the Toothpick that I inserted did come out Clean as you can see so I think they'll Just set up as they cool so we need to Let these cool completely before we add The um wow butter and chocolate chip Glaze All right my brownies are now all cooled Off so it's time to get to the glaze or Drizzle whatever you want to call it so I have my chocolate chips here and I'm Going to add my fourth cup of wild Butter to that and just put it in the Microwave probably just for like 30 Seconds all right that looks good so I Am just going to go ahead and drizzle That over top of my brownies Okay my brownies are all drizzled and as You can see there was a ton Not the topping to put on there so next I'm just going to pop these in the Fridge for about 10 minutes just so the Drizzle can harden up and we can cut Into these and see what taste does to Things All right my brownies have all set up in The refrigerator and mine were actually In there for a couple hours because I Had some errands to run but now we are Just going to go ahead and cut these Into bars um as big or as little as you
Want and see what taste tester thinks All right my brownies have all been cut And I was able to get 16 brownies um out Of my batch and they're pretty thick Brownies so I mean you can easily get 16. and according to my carb count for All of the stuff that I personally used They're about 4.8 carbs each 4.9 carbs So I just said five just to be on the Safe side so we will see what taste Tester thinks All right I have one here for taste Tester so let's see what he thinks hey Taste tester hi have a little taste okay Do you like it yeah all right everyone Come back and see us again don't forget To like And subscribe like subscribe bye
