Keto Chocolate Eclairs | No Flour | Gluten Free

Soft and fluffy, these chocolate eclairs are just lovely and a great treat if eclairs or profiteroles were one of your favorites prior to keto. It’s a clever recipe because it’s nut free and pretty cheap to make, and hello 0 carbs.

Serves 6

Nutrient Information/serving:
Cal 163 | Net Carbs 0.8g | Fibre 0g | Total Carbs 0.8g | Fat 14.1g | Protein 4.7g

Ingredients:
Profiterole:
3 Eggs
1/8 tsp Cream of Tartar
1/8 tsp Salt
71g/ 2.5oz Cream Cheese, softened (I use Philadephia Cream Cheese)

Filling:
57g/ 2oz Heavy Cream (I use Aldi brand)
1 tsp Powdered Sweetener
1/4 tsp Vanilla
57g/ 1/4 cup Cream Cheese, softened
Note: Taste the filling after mixed, you may wish to add more powdered sweetener

Chocolate:
50g Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips, melted
