🔥 I Took Roasted Peanuts and Eggs. The Result Is Wonderful !! 🔥

✅ Ingredients:

•1 – 1/3 C flour
•1/4 Tsp salt
•4 Tsp baking powder
•1 Tsp baking soda
•1/4 C Roasted & unsalted peanut, grind into powder
•1 Cup butter milk: 1 C milk + 2 Tsp ACV. Let sit for 5 – 10 minutes
•1 Large egg, room temperature
•2 Tbsp sugar
•1 – 3/4 Tsp vanilla paste
•4 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
•5 Tsp unsalted butter, room temperature

🔺 Tools:

•Non – stick pan or cast – iron pan

✅Instructions:

1.Heat 1 tsp oil in a non-stick pan or cast-iron pan over medium-low heat.
2.Once butter is melted, add peanut egg batter onto the pan. Cook until golden brown. Then flip and cook for another 30 seconds or until golden brown. Serve hot! They are Light and Fluffy and Sooooo Delicious !! Highly recommended !
