~For the Streusel topping:
1/2 cup GF Flour
1/4 cup Maple Syrup {1/2 cup White or Brown Sugar}
1/4 cup Butter {57 grams}
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup toasted chopped Walnuts { or any kind of nut}
~For the Muffins:
1 1/2 cups GF Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Allspice
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 cup Butter {113 grams}
1/2 cup Honey +1 Tbsp Molasses {1 cup Sugar white or brown or mix both}
3 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 cup Milk
1 1/4 cups Pumpkin
Makes 16 muffins with topping, 12 muffins without topping
