How To Make Gluten Free Vegan Nut Free Quinoa Flat Bread

Today I am showing you how to make a quinoa flat bread. It’s crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, perfect for breakfast with your favorite spread. You could also use it as a base for appetizers like bruschetta, or accompanying your main meal.
Quinoa is rich in protein, dietary fibre, b vitamins and dietary minerals. This recipe is free from gluten, dairy, eggs, corn, soy, nuts and perfect for people following a vegan diet or diets that exclude those allergens.

1 Cup Quinoa
1 Cup Water
Pinch of Salt
Basil or any herb you like
Avocado Oil Cooking Spray

1. Combine a cup of quinoa with a cup of water and let it rest for two hours.

2. After two hoursI preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit . Blend the mixture stopping once to clean the sides and to add a pinch of sea salt and basil. You can use any herb you like.

3.Once the batter is smooth and runny as shown in the video pour it on to a lined and greased cookie sheet and spread the batter evenly.

4. Bake the bread for 15 minutes at 425 degrees F then flip it over to the other side and bake for another 12 minutes. Just like that the bread is done.
