Blanched Almonds – 1 Cup
Plain water – 3 Cups
high speed blender
In a high speed blender, add blanched almonds. to it add 3 cups of plain water and blend it in high speed for 2minutes. Transfer it to an air tight glass jar.
1. This almond milk stays good for a week.
2. No need to filter or strain the milk. Straining removes all the fiber content.
3. Easily can replace almond milk with Regular milk in all recipes.
