1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter can use any nut or seed butter
1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 piece of unsweetened chocolate
1-2 tablespoon unsweetened coconut milk
Microwave for 1-2 mins or until just cooked and gooey in the center.
