I found the original basic recipe by Maria Emmerich, called Protein Sparing Wonder bread:
I follow her exact recipe EXCEPT: I use unflavored Whey protein powder instead of egg white powder, and I added a few egg yolks. I like to make the buns instead of the loaf bread, but you could easily make this in a loaf pan.
