Today I’d like to show you how to make healthy savory galette. The recipe is gluten-free, soy-free, sugar-free and vegan, of course.

Here is the recipe:
-Gluten-free flour (wholegrain rice flour + buckwheat flour)- 150g
-Oil- 30ml
-Ground flaxseeds- 2tbsp+6tbsp water
-A pinch of salt
Add water to flaxseeds, set aside for 5 min. In a bowl mix all ingredients and knead a dough, let it rest a bit. After roll out the dough add your favourite filling leaving a little bit of space at the borders, fold the edges up over the filling Bake for 30-35 min at 180°C .
Filling example:
-Vegan cheese
-Bell pepper
-Onion and tomatoes
-Spices
