Healthy Dessert Recipe – Nut Free Granola

This video is the final recipe of my healthy dessert blog and part of my G10 MYP Personal Project Product.

Recipe 3: Nut Free Granola
Raisins (1 cup)
Dates (15)
Oats (2 cups)
Pumpkin Seeds (1 cup)
Honey (2 tbsp)
Cinnamon (1 tbsp)
Salt (½ tsp)
Oil (4 tbsp)
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Boil and mash up dates (or put in food processor until paste is formed) in a bowl
3. In a separate bowl, add in rolled oats
4. Add in pumpkin seeds
5. Add in honey
6. Add in cinnamon
7. Add salt
8. Add in mashed up dates
9. Add oil and mix everything together
10. Add raisins and mix together
11. Press granola into a pan and line baking paper with oil
12. Bake for 30 minutes @180°C
13. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting
14. Enjoy!
