So I'm making this Green Chili Chicken. This is a dish that I make almost weekly because   It's honestly just very easy to make 
with my protein-prep chicken thighs. I quick shred up the leftover chicken 
and then cook the dish in a cast iron   Skillet on my stovetop with ingredients 
like jalapeno, shredded cheddar cheese,   Heavy cream, whole milk, cream 
cheese, green chiles, and spices. When I use leftover chicken, I can have this 
dish cooked and served in about 15 to 20 minutes. It's super flavorful with the perfect
