Don’t ask recipe advice as I don’t know either hehe ♡ but this recipe was actually good! yay!
2 Cups Rolled Oats
2 Tbsp Flax Seeds
1 Can Garbanzo Beans (including aquafaba)
1 Tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
Blend the Oats and Flax into a powder, set aside. Dump entire can Garbanzo Beans into blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Put everything in a bowl and squish into dough. Voila 😚🥰
I have troubles with other recipes that include nuts as every time I have nuts I have troubles with my blood vessels bursting. Especially walnuts! Listen to your body ♡
This crust was so soft and easy to work with! Not sticky at all! Easy to squish and flatter (flirty dough) *flatten and roll and form into shapes! Excited to make other things and experiment with it coming out softer in like a pie recipe! …And to make “pie crust cookies” with the kids!
