Now this stuff is 💣 and I can barely go a day with out it. It literally takes 2 minutes and tastes better than the processed stuff we ate as kids. It also requires 4 ingredients and takes about 2 minutes to make!

1️⃣ Clean Vegan Protein. @arbonne protein is made of pea, rice and cranberry protein plus it has 20 added vitamins + minerals like CoQ10 for aging and energy, Biotin for healthy hair skin and nails, and Iron, which most of us (especially women) are low on. It’s so creamy and doesn’t make you bloated 🙌🏻

2️⃣ Cacao Powder. This is a powerful antioxidant that is packed with iron, fibre for a healthy gut, potassium for muscular and neurological function, and magnesium, which is essential for energy metabolism and healthy bones and teeth.

3️⃣ Fibre Boost. I love to add this in to keep me fuller longer! If you don’t have it you could sub in a little coconut flour.

4️⃣ Almond Butter. Healthy fats are key to glowing skin and keeping you fuller longer! You can sub this for tahini to make it nut-free.

5️⃣ Hemp Hearts. The perfect crunch that packs omega 3s, healthy fats, magnesium, zinc, iron and calcium.

This delicious pudding packs in:
almost 20 grams of protein, 8 grams of fibre and only 4 grams of unprocessed cane sugar!

Traditional pudding packs in:
over 20 grams processed white sugar, 2 grams protein and 0 fibre.
