These energy bars are super nutritious and are loaded with dry fruits in every bite.. These bars are easy to make and are perfect for that quick bite to feel satiated when in hurry!!

Ingredients :

1cup Dates – Soak for 2hrs in hot water & then Blend it smooth
1 Cup Cashew halves
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup Pistachios
1 cup Almonds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup Sesame seeds
Roast on low flame
1/2 cup Dry Coconut – Saute —— Keep aside
Saute the Dates paste until it thickens
Add roasted dry fruits
1/2 cup honey & mix well
1/2 cup rolled oats powder to bind
Transfer it in a tray & spread in evenly
Freeze it for 1hr
Set Completely — tada..!!!
