Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
Healthy / Vegan / Gluten-Free
1 cup smooth organic peanut butter
1/2 cup ground oats (oat flour)
1/2 cup date paste (blended dates)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/8 cup vegan cocoa powder @santabarbarachocolate
2 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 scoop chocolate plant protein
1/8 cup coconut blossom chocolate chips @santabarbarachocolate
Mix all ingredients in a bowl (except chocolate chips). Using a fork or your hands mix well do form a Dough kind of texture.
Add chocolate chips and mix again.
Add the mix in a bar mold of your choice.
Freeze for 15 minutes.
Take out and cut into bars.
Keep the bars in the refrigerator.
