Apple Crisp Recipe I made :
Crust & Top
– 3 1/2 Cups Oat Flour
– Pinch of Salt
– 1 Stick of Butter (Melted)
– 1/2 C Pure Maple Syrup (Light Amber)
– 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Filling
– 2 Cups Apples cut into small pieces
– 1 whole lemon (1-2 Tbsp)
– 2 1/2 tsp Corn Starch
Mix all the Crust ingredients together. Press 1/2 the mixture into the bottom of your pan.
Mix all the filling ingredients together and pour them over the crust.
Create a crumble top!
