Semisweet chocolate 1lb 8 oz
Butter 8 oz
Sugar 4 oz
Eggs (room Temperature) 5 oz
Salt 1 tsp.
Bread flour 12 oz
Cocoa powder 1 oz
Baking powder 2 tsp.
White Chocolate, cut into small bits 8 oz
Macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped 4 oz
(Can substitute macadamia with pecans
Dark chocolate can be used instead of white chocolate
Semisweet chocolate 1lb 8 oz

Sugar 4 oz
Eggs (room Temperature) 5 oz
Salt 1 tsp.
Bread flour 12 oz
Cocoa powder 1 oz
Baking powder 2 tsp.
Mixing
Modified sponge method
Melt the semisweet chocolate and butter together in double boiler. Let mixture cool to room temperature.
Mix sugar, eggs, and salt together until blended (Do not over mix).
Blend in chocolate mixture.
Sift flour, cocoa, and baking powder and fold in.
Fold in white chocolate pieces and nuts.350

Drop method. Bake at 350◦F(175◦C) for 10-15 minutes, depending on size
