Cook with me! Grain-free granola!

A family favorite here , this grain free granola is great in many different ways! You can add in anything you like and the possibilities are endless. You can find the base recipe below. I’d love to know your favorite ways to use granola.

Recipe:
1 1/2c mixed nuts
1/2c almond flour
1/4c maple syrup
1/2tsp vanilla
1/2tsp cinnamon
dash of salt
Mix all ingredients and bake @325 for 10 minutes. Turn and make an additional 5-8 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely. Enjoy!!
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
Serve over yogurt, as cereal or on its own!!
