Too lazy to switch-on the stove or ove? Try this no-cook and no-bake snack that even kids can prepare. This gooey and sweet treat is perfect energy booster snack during your endurance workout.

49g oatmeal or multi-grain cereal
62g chocolate hazelnut spread
25g @myprotein whey isolate (omit for kid-friendly version 😊)
2-3 tbsp milk or water
Cocoa powder for coating (optional)

Step 1: In a food processor, mix all the ingredients

Step 2: Blend until well combined.

Step 3: Scoop one tablespoon of mixture and form it into a ball. Repeat this step until everything is formed into a ball.

Step 4: Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to set.

Step 5: Once chilled, roll the protein balls in cocoa powder.

I used @nestum.my multi-grain cereal and @goyachocolates chocolate hazelnut spread since these are readily available in our pantry. 😊
