we are making these Low-Carb Chicken Patties. To a mixing bowl, mix together cooked chicken,
canned or rotisserie is perfect, Eggs, grated Parmesan, ground sunflower seed meal
or almond flour, and seasonings. Heat some oil in a pan and
then form the chicken mixture into patties And then place each directly onto the hot pan. Cook three patties at a time until golden brown,
about one to three minutes per side And gently flatten each down with the back of a spatula after flipping. Serve them alongside some steamed broccoli
or as a sandwich with some Low-Carb Bread! [Cheerful music continuously plays then fades]
