Banana Pudding Pie
1 or 2 bananas, sliced
1 9-inch graham cracker crust
2 cups of milk
8oz block of cream cheese, softened and at room temperature
3.4 oz box of instant vanilla pudding
8oz tub of whipped topping
1 cup of broken vanilla wafers
Add sliced bananas onto pie crust. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with a small amount of milk until it is smooth and blended. Add in pudding and remaining milk. Mix with mixer until smooth and thick (about 2-3 minutes). Gently fold in 1/3 of the whipped topping. Pour into pie crust. Top with additional whipped topping and vanilla wafers.
