These baked cheesy tomatoes are an 
easy low-carb holiday appetizer that   Can be whipped together in less than 30 minutes. To make them, place sliced roma tomatoes atop a 
baking sheet and top each with shredded parmesan,   Shredded mozzarella, a little bit more shredded parmesan. Sprinkle on chopped basil, Italian seasoning, salt 
and pepper and then drizzle on some avocado oil. Bake at 375 degrees until the cheese is 
melted and bubbling , which should take   About 10 to 12 minutes before broiling
