4 Healthy Smoothie Recipes | Blood Sugar Balancing Smoothies | Dairy Free | Gluten Free

These healthy smoothies take minutes to make and are going to balance your blood sugar to help you lose weight and balance hormones. We’re using Be Well By Kelly Fab 4 formula. I’ll teach you why balancing your blood sugar is important, all 4 recipes and a few tips for meal prepping.

The 4 smoothies:
Mint Chocolate Chip
Pumpkin Pie
Blueberry Muffin

Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie:
1/2 avocado, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 banana (optional), 1 scoop of vanilla protein, mint leaves, cocoa nibs, 1/3 cup cauliflower rice

PB&J Smoothie: 2 tbsp nut butter, 1/3 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup almond milk, chia seeds, 1 scoop vanilla protein

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie: 2 tbsp nut butter, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg, 1/3 cup cauliflower rice, 1 cup almond milk, 1/3 cup pumpkin pure, 1-2 tbsp flax seed 1/2 banana

Blueberry Muffin Smoothie: 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 scoop vanilla protein, 2 tbsp nut butter, 1/3 cup frozen berries, 1-2 tbsp chia seeds
