Literally anyone can make these in as little time possible, they taste like nothing you’ve ever tried before and the best part of all is the wonderful aroma of autumn spices that fills the air of your house while these are baking! The first one I’m going to prepare is a warm and gooey pumpkin upside-down cake! It’s so amazing how it’s prepared because as it bakes in the oven, it creates the most incredible sauce. A true Mystery! The second recipe I will be making is for all of those pumpkin spice latte fans! These cookies are made with pumpkin flavored morsels and spicy cake mix. It comes together fast, perfect for those last minute treats! Last but not least I’m showing you how to make the easiest out of them all! There’s no baking required for this pie, so sit back, relax and enjoy! ❤

Ingredients:
Pie:
Crust
Cool whip
Pumpkin Chip candies

PSL Cookies:
2 eggs
Spice cake mix
1/2 cup melted butter
Pumpkin spice latte candies

Gooey Pumpkin Mystery upside-down Cake:
Pumpkin cake mix (prepared)
Pumpkin pudding
2 1/2 cups cold water

Directions:
1.)To make the pie, simply mix together the thawed cool whip with the melted chocolate chips until fully combined and quickly pour the filling into the pie crust. Refrigerate a few minutes until set.
2.)To make the cookies simply mix together the ingredients in a bowl until fully combined, scoop the cookies onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes.

3.)To make the pumpkin cake, prepare the cake mix according to the directions on the back of the box and pour into a greased and floured 13×9 inch cake pan. In a separate bowl add the pudding mix and stir it with 2&1/2 cups of cold water until fully incorporated. Carefully pour the pudding mix over the cake batter that’s in a pan and bake it for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 F. Enjoy warm because this sets as it cools.
